Ingrid is a professional (BA, BS, MS) who’s going into her 47th wonderful year in the human services and healthcare field with 40 of those years in an array of leadership positions. She spent nearly 22 years working with adolescent girls at the Good Shepherd Residential Treatment Center, which offered support and services through their therapeutic and educational curriculum.
Upon moving to New Mexico from the East Coast in the late 90s, Ingrid began working with the Department of Health (DOH) as a mediator and was later grandfathered in as a DOH trainer. From there, she worked as the Education and Outreach manager with the Ombudsman Program and then was hired as the Sr. Program Manager with the Continuum of Care (CoC) Project at the Department of Pediatrics.
She found herself ♪movin’ on up♫ through the years and, in addition to the main contract, she was tasked with overseeing the ACT (Aspiration Clinical Team)/PACT (Post ACT); the CORE (Outside Reviewer) Contract for 9 years (though ironically it was predicted that they would not last more than 6-months!); and the Mortality Review Contract for 16 years-which will end 6-30-2025. She progressed and eventually embarked on the Program Operations Director title.
Ingrid has also had the privilege of attending and/or attaining membership at the NM National Association of Social Workers (NM NASW); American Management Association (AMA); American Association of University Women (AAUW), School of Medicine BEAJedi; Behavioral HEALTH Coalition; just to name a few.
Now, having worked synergistically with some remarkable people and for 18 years at CoC, Ingrid has been fortunate to make full use of all of her collaborations and acquired skills. Her passion for presenting ( she is a SAG-AFTRA member) and training still remains at the forefront, and she is always willing to educate and consult so that individuals can be empowered and supported in making informed decisions. Please feel free to peruse the CoC website and look for the סרטי הדרכה where you can see Ingrid in her element.
