Careers at Project ECHO

With the goal of positively impacting the lives of 1 billion people by 2025, we are looking for mission-driven, high performers who share similar values to join our team.

We work with partners all over the world; you may need to work a schedule outside of typical New Mexico business hours.

Most ECHO employees work in a hybrid format, with a mix of remote work and some in-person time, depending on the position’s requirements.

As part of The University of New Mexico, ECHO employees enjoy these benefits: medical, vision, dental, retirement, tuition remission and several wellness programs.

To find our open positions, use the UNM Jobs portal and type “project echo” into the search bar. Most positions are posted for 30 days.

ECHO: Anchored by Values

Project ECHO prides itself on being a values-based organization. Our seven values include:

    3. Mutual Trust and Respect
    4. Teamwork
    5. Excellence and Accountability
    6. Innovation and Learning
    7. Joy of Work

We strive to find individuals who embrace and exemplify these values.

We use a values-based hiring model to assess a candidate’s fit. If offered an interview, you will usually speak with three team members: the hiring manager, a peer interviewer and an external team member.
